In a world that has such high ill mental health rates, busy-ness and separtion, it’s time for some more connection and that’s what this event is about, 

"Intimacy is allowing vulnerability to exist within ourselves and others" 

SO! if this is something you love, something you’re lacking or something you want more of come along and join in on this night of exploration ! 

 What you learns you will be able to take away and implement into your everyday life and we hope that you will.

Its time sis, time to dig out that lingerie and pop it on- infact wear anything you feel sexy in, and bring a shawl or sarong etc to wrap yourself in for when it comes time to give and reciveve massage.  

Imagining intimacy, 

This process is about exploring ideas through group sharing and then physical processes by ones self and with a partner (we will pair up, no need to know each other but if you would like to bring a friend that’s a wonderful idea) 

Together we will go through different simple* (can be done or easily adapted to anywhere anytime*) yet POWERFUL!  processes to embody what intimacy can be and how we can welcome more of it into our everyday lives. 

Chocolate and Organic locally crafted Herbal tea and everything you need for this workshop will be provided,

We just ask that you bring yourself a cushion, and to wear comfy loose fitting clothes, these will be the best for this experience. 

We will be having a special performance at the end of the night where we get to be up close and personal with a Shibari exhibit to further witness differnt expressions and depths of vulnerability and intimacy.

This experience is included in your ticket price as is  GOODIE BAG to take home at the end of the evening.

There will be a process where we have a moment to reveal ourselves(our chosen outfit or our birthday suits) to be fully witnessed and celebrated, the choice is yours (and is welcome to change throughout the evening as to what you choose to do here) - The intention is to show up and be celebrated at whatever stage youre ready to be witnessed at. 

OPTIONS: for the evening

1; WEAR your Lingerie/ sexy outfit under your clothes 

2; BRING your linerie/sexy outfit to see how you feel about popping it on during our circle.

3; go nudie (wear clothes but then when this particular process arrives its time to stand proud (or shy and allow yourself to recieve the praise and celebration your humaness deserves.

"As a theatre director and movement choreographer, I discovered Shibari during a turbulent time in my life. Seeking a way to express and connect with my partner in a physical and artistic manner, I attended a workshop called Peer Rope. This marked the beginning of my deep love for Shibari.  I am drawn to the aesthetics, trust, and intense focus involved in Shibari. Placing the rope on the body is a sacred act of intimacy and care. Through this practice, I cultivate deep listening, heightened awareness, and selfless stillness. Shibari allows for playfulness, joy, gratitude, and connection.  I believe Shibari is a path to erotic connection and self-understanding. It explores contrasts and teaches us lessons in freedom through restriction, relief through struggle, and strength through surrender. Engaging in Shibari with safety, consent, and respect allows us to explore our inner landscapes and intimate desires. "For the past two years, I have delved into the captivating world of being a bunny, a term used to describe a person involved in rope play. Through this journey, I have dedicated my time to understanding the psychology, sensory field, and somatic realms that this art form encompasses.

In my exploration, I have come to realize that each tie in shabari has its own unique container, offering a distinct and unparalleled experience. Whether it is the intricate floor play, partial suspensions, or the exhilarating full suspensions, each tie holds the potential to transport me to a place of profound connection and self-discovery.

One of the remarkable aspects of my experience as a bunny is the way in which it allows me to explore and feel my edges. This exploration extends not only internally, delving into the depths of my own vulnerabilities, energies, and boundaries, but also externally, as I navigate the physical sensations and limitations imposed by bounderies and the ropes. It is a dance of reciprocal energy, where I am constantly attuned to the signals and responses of my partner, never taking the lead, but always responding to the subtle cues and desires that arise.

Through this bio, I hope to convey the depth of my journey as a shabari enthusiast. It is a path that has expanded my understanding of intimacy, trust, and self-expression. The art of shabari has become a profound part of my identity, offering me a space to explore and embrace both my strengths and vulnerabilities, and ultimately leading me on a transformative journey of self-discovery, connection and expression."
