Come and have a giggle or two, relax and learn something new!  on your Saturday evening in a circle of fellow women,  ready to learn more about the ancient self care practice of Yoni(vaginal) steaming, together we will journey with the medicinal properties of specific herbs, the elements as well as the sheer power of dedicating time to oneself.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothes, a floor length skirt
• A medium sized heat proof dish eg….(check the local opshop to find your special yoni steam pot, alternatively a medium sized saucepan will work also)

The Facilitator:

Tessa Bobir is a skilled doula with diverse methodologies but her essence of being is to support Women on their life path as well as with healing and integration. With over 10 years experience, Tessa has worked as a Doula for families, Youth worker, Womb and Fertility Massage Therapist and Peri steam hydrotherapist providing emotional, physical and online support, wisdom and education on the topics of birth, motherhood, sexuality and overall  thriving through major life transitions. As a mother herself, this work is close to her heart in providing the foundation of love, security and informed knowledge for families and women on their journey. Tessa is passionate about bringing women together to invoke remembrance on the importance of grounding, rest, reflection and nurturing firstly of ourselves, and then each other and the communities we place ourselves in.
